- Designed and implemented secure APIs (FastAPI, JWT) and integrated React frontend components, enhancing security and user experience.
- Performed unit and end-to-end testing to ensure production readiness.

Research in Data Science - Academic Internship
TIAD Laboratory, Beni Mellal, Morocco Jan 2024 – July 2024- Technologies: Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow
- Implemented a bilevel optimization approach based on gradient descent aggregation(BDA).
- Applied the method to the HAM10000 (skin cancer) dataset to optimize CNN hyperparameters, improving lesion detection accuracy.
- Conducted a benchmark comparing the method’s performance across 4 datasets against 3 other bilevel optimization techniques.
- Research conducted under the supervision of Professor Mourad Nachaoui, head of the Artificial Intelligence & Digital Computing Master’s program at Sultan Moulay Slimane University and a professor at the University of Nantes.
